A highly accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience spanning accounting, auditing, financial management, corporate administration, regulatory services, governance, and executive leadership, Dr. Bell brings a wealth of knowledge and practical insight to the business community.
A distinguished career
Her distinguished career includes more than 25 years of service with the Cayman Islands Government, culminating in her role as Deputy Registrar General (Registry Services), where she provided strategic leadership and oversight of registry operations (Corporate and Vital Events), financial and administrative management. Her responsibilities also included advising clients and contributing to policy advice at the highest levels of government.
Prior to this, she held senior positions in financial management and internal auditing within the Cayman Islands Government and served as a Senior Accountant with the internationally renowned professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Jamaica.
